⏱ Production Time
Our products are carefully made-to-order. Please allow 7 – 15 days for production before shipment.

🚚 Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 10 – 15 business days. Please note that orders containing this product may be shipped separately.
👉 Receiving Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

📧 Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including your tracking number(s). Tracking details will usually become active within 7 days.

💰 Customs, Duties & Taxes
Fanzysport is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

🔄 Refund & Reshipment Policy

• Damaged Items: If you receive items that are lost or damaged during transit, you may request a full refund. Please keep all packaging and damaged goods when filing a claim.

• Lost Package: If your package shows no tracking updates for over 30 days, you may request a free reshipment or refund. If the package later arrives, you can keep it at no extra cost.

• 60-Day Guarantee: If your order isn’t delivered within 60 days after shipment, you may apply for a reshipment or full refund. If no action is taken within 65 days, an automatic refund will be issued. Should the package arrive afterward, it’s yours to keep.
